★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsissima professionalità che mette in discussione la buona reputazione dell'azienda Miele.
Ho ordinato delle tavole per una cabina armadio.
Ispezionando il materiale, mi accorgo che é scadente e non soddisfa le mie aspettative, trattandosi di materiale grezzo.
Chiamo in azienda per avvisare dell'errore e l'interlocutore mi dice che posso rimediare acquistando delle stesse tavole levigate
che hanno in pronta consegna. Dopo aver chiesto il prezzo vado a controllare la fattura e mi accorgo che il prezzo coincide.
Pensando ancora di poter contare sull'onestà del prossimo, richiamo facendo notare che probabilmente c'è stato un problema nella spedizione.
Nonostante l'evidenza matematica, mi viene detto che il codice materiale é un altro.
Tralascio i dettagli riguardo all'atteggiamento poco educato, scarsamente professionale e soprattutto in alcuni casi quasi minaccioso dell'interlocutore.
Vorrei evidenziare che ho pagato in anticipo solo perchè mi fidavo del nome "Miele", visto le splendide esperienze che ho avuto in passato.
MI DISPIACE TANTISSIMO CHE LA FIDUCIA VERSO QUESTO VENDITORE SIA STATA MESSA IN DISCUSSIONE DA TALE SCARSA PROFESSIONALITA'.

I ordered some boards for a walk-in closet.
Inspecting the material, I realize that it is poor and does not meet my expectations, being raw material.
I call the company to warn of the error and the interlocutor tells me that I can fix it by purchasing the same polished boards
they have ready for delivery. After asking the price I go to check the invoice and I realize that the price is the same.
Still thinking of being able to count on the honesty of others, I recall that there was probably a problem in the shipment.
Despite the mathematical evidence, I am told that the material code is another.
I omit the details regarding the unpolite, scarcely professional and above all in some cases almost threatening attitude of the interlocutor.
I would like to point out that I paid in advance only because I trusted the name "Honey", given the wonderful experiences I have had in the past.
I AM VERY SORRY THAT THE TRUST IN THIS SELLER HAS BEEN DISCUSSED BY SUCH LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

Stavo comprando un articolo che costava 29.95 esattamente una cassetta porta attrezzi in metallo, ma in cassa pretendevano 41 euro, perché a dire dalla cassiera i prossimi arrivi costeranno più. Ho cercato di far capire alla cassiera che i nuovi arrivi sarebbero costati di più non l'articolo che era in giacenza. Siamo all'assurdo.
Bad experience. I was buying an item that cost 29.95 exactly a metal toolbox, but at the cashier they demanded 41 euros, because the next arrivals will cost more, according to the cashier. I tried to make it clear to the cashier that new arrivals would cost more than the item that was in stock. We are absurd.
