Very bad .. I asked the carpentry department to cut me a 3m x 3mm wooden stick just to get it into the car ... At the cashier I cost 40 cents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione e scarsa professionalità, questo è ciò che ho trovato. Pur essendo il negozio vuoto, abbiamo dovuto aspettare al banco e sollecitare il personale per essere serviti per effettuare un cambio merce. Nel complesso il servizio manca di efficienza e risulta pessimo.
Rudeness and lack of professionalism, this is what I found. Although the shop was empty, we had to wait at the counter and urge the staff to be served to exchange goods. Overall the service lacks efficiency and is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi meraviglio sei il parcheggio sia sempre vuoto e se nel negozio i clienti si contano sulle dita di una mano.
A parte che i magazzini ben forniti sono altri, per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza posso dire che si sono rifiutati di emettere a mio favore un buono acquisto per del materiale reso (parliamo di 12 euro) come assicurato qualche giorno prima dalla cassiera, che guarda caso in quel momento, a detta del signor Raffaele qualificatosi come direttore, era all' estero e quindi impossibile da contattare.
Peccato perché il potenziale ci sarebbe ma mancano le basi, bisogna in primis imparare a fidelizzare la clientela.

Apart from the well-stocked warehouses there are others, as far as my experience is concerned I can say that they refused to issue a voucher in my favor for the returned material (we are talking about 12 euros) as assured a few days before by the cashier, who looks case at that moment, according to Mr. Raffaele who qualified as director, was abroad and therefore impossible to contact.
Too bad because the potential would be there but the bases are missing, first of all we need to learn how to build customer loyalty.
