★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il vero punto di forza del negozio è il personale, sempre gentile e preparato in grado di aiutarti nelle scelte sia dei libri che dei numerosi gadget presenti nel punto vendita. Per esempio io ho smarrito la tessera punti ma questo non ha impedito di accumularne sulla mia tessera, perché è stata trovata una soluzione. I miei figli ed io ci andiamo sempre volentieri.
The real strength of the store is the staff, always polite and prepared, able to help you in choosing both the books and the numerous gadgets present in the store. For example, I lost my points card but this did not prevent it from accumulating on my card, because a solution was found. My children and I always like to go there.
