Degustazione vini dell'azienda Capitani di Trevignano, in abbinamento piatti al carciofo,
Serata interessante, con abbinamenti in alcuni casi azzeccatissimi in altri un po' meno, però nel complesso piacevole anche grazie alla presenza del produttore e del suo collaboratore, che con dovizia e attenzione ci hanno servito i vini aggiungendo spiegazioni dettagliate, la cucina ha retto bene la prova, servendo dei piatti equilibrati celermente e gentilmente, nonostante la barriera architettonica, della cucina posta in un soppalco, comunicante solo con una scala a chiocciola,prova ardua per i camerieri che ,l'hanno brillantemente superata, nessun piatto è arrivato freddo.... mi riservo di assaggiare il loro menù in futuro... ma ho già sentito che le loro pizze sono ottime.

Interesting evening, with combinations in some cases perfectly appropriate in others a little less, but overall pleasant also thanks to the presence of the producer and his collaborator, who with abundance and attention have served us the wines adding detailed explanations, the kitchen has held up well the test, serving of balanced dishes quickly and gently, despite the architectural barrier, the kitchen placed in a loft, communicating only with a spiral staircase, ordeal for the waiters that have successfully passed, no dish is arrived cold. ... I intend to sample their menu in the future ... but I've heard that their pizzas are excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vi piace la pizza molto molto bassa fa per voi. È buonissima, esce fuori dai piatti, ma non vi sfamerà da sola.
If you like very very low pizza this is for you. It's very good, it comes out of the dishes, but it won't feed you alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In un vicoletto di Bracciano un po' nascosto. Per chi ama la pizza sottile con bordi non troppo alti é l'ideale. Ottime anche le piade. Consigliati i nodini di pizza fritta con la nutella. Nel complesso abbastanza decente. Do tre stelle in quanto il servizio é stato un po' confusionario. Comunque da ritornarci.
In an alley of Bracciano a little hidden. For those who love thin pizza with not too high edges it is ideal. The piadas are also excellent. The fried pizza knots with nutella are recommended. Overall pretty decent. I give three stars as the service was a bit confusing. However to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo ristorante! Sicuramente ci torneremo, è da prendere la tagliata con funghi e tartufo, e i panzerotti.
In questo periodo (fine gennaio) fa un po' troppo freddo anche all'interno.
E purtroppo la seconda volta in cui siamo andati non erano ben attrezzati con il personale, infatti servizio lentissimo e qualche piatto freddo.
Great restaurant! We will definitely go back, the tagliata with mushrooms and truffles, and the panzerotti are to be taken.
In this period (late January) it is a bit too cold even inside.
And unfortunately the second time we went they weren't well equipped with the staff, in fact very slow service and some cold dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo spesso a La porta rossa, credo sia la migliore pizzeria di Bracciano! Ma stasera meritano una nota di lode in più! Mi sono accorta di non poter mangiare un ingrediente di un calzone che avevo ordinato e me lo hanno rifatto subito, gentilissimi e col sorriso! È arrivato dopo pochi minuti, buonissimo e perfetto. Bravissimi!
I often come to La porta rossa, I think it's the best pizzeria in Bracciano! But tonight they deserve an extra note of praise! I realized that I could not eat an ingredient in a calzone that I had ordered and they immediately made it again, very kind and with a smile! It arrived after a few minutes, yummy and perfect. Very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant was recommended to me by a local and it did not disappoint. I wanted something light in the evening and although the portion was huge, it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the salmon salad and was given complimentary bread to go with it. Omg! The bread was something else and I ate the lot. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. The whole experience was fantastic. Oh and the pizzas looked outstanding, only sorry I didn’t have time to go back another evening to try them. I asked for a large dry red wine and it was perfect. Total cost €18 Thank you so much for a great experience ?I’ll be back? Gabby
