P	Pamela Certelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da quando ha aperto , prima mi rifornivo da Maury’s sulla Cassia, dove ho sempre trovato gentilezza , cortesia e professionalità da parte dei dipendenti.. ultimamente sto andando più spesso da Maury’s alle rughe avendo bisogno di cibo ed accessori per animali che purtroppo sulla Cassia non trovo.. il personale è di una maleducazione, ignoranza e zero professionalità inaudita, ho sentito più volte una dipendente bestemmiare a voce alta (ovviamente ci sono alcuni commessi gentili ma rappresentano la minoranza), solo per averglielo fatto notare non vi sto a raccontare le battute ed i dispetti che devo subire ogni volta che mi rivede.. Il mio consiglio è quello di fare una selezione prima di assumere, in quanto leggendo le recensioni tanti clienti si lamentano di quest’aspetto, è un gran peccato in quanto il negozio è molto fornito e con buone offerte, ma se si trova un ambiente di persone poco propense ad accogliere il pubblico va a finire che i clienti preferiscano fare qualche km in più e comprare altrove.. inoltre questi dipendenti dovrebbero sapere che i loro stipendi vengono pagati grazie a noi che acquistiamo!! Chi vuol , giustamente, far rispettare le norme, deve essere il primo a rispettarle ... ?? ________________________________ A differenza di altri Maury's è tra i più completi e si trova di tutto ... Ottimi sconti la massima convenienza è sui detersivi .... 5 stelle ...
