★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pasticceria trovata assolutamente per caso. Sei fuori casa e devi trovare un posto dove acquistare una torta o delle paste per degli ospiti che arriveranno solo tra qualche ora. Quella abituale è troppo lontana e per giunta sarà chiusa quando saremo da quelle parti. Forse a Le Rughe ci sarà qualcosa ed ecco che parte la ricerca... Google indica una graziosa pasticceria fino ad allora per noi sconosciuta. Si trova per giunta in un settore dell'area commerciale de Le Rughe dove mai eravamo stati prima. Una vera sorpresa. Proprio il tipo di pasticceria che cercavamo. Locale non grandissimo ma pieno di leccornie. Le torte disponibili non sono adatte alle nostre esigenze. Magari la prossima volta ci sarà tempo per ordinarne una ad hoc. Optiamo per le paste. Il prezzo è interessante, l'aspetto ottimo. Il gusto, come avremo modo di verificare più tardi, eccellente. Una pasticceria da inserire tra "i preferiti"!
A pastry found absolutely by chance. You are away from home and you need to find a place to buy a cake or some pastries for guests who will be arriving only in a few hours. The usual one is too far away and, what's more, it will be closed when we get there. Maybe there will be something in Le Rughe and here the search starts ... Google points to a nice pastry shop that was unknown to us until then. It is also located in a sector of the commercial area of Le Rughe where we have never been before. A real surprise. Just the kind of pastry we were looking for. Not very large but full of delicacies. The cakes available are not suitable for our needs. Maybe next time there will be time to order one ad hoc. We opt for pastas. The price is attractive, the look great. The taste, as we will verify later, is excellent. A pastry to be included among "favorites"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono siciliana e, da quando vivo a Formello, questa è l’unica pasticceria in tutta Roma nord che davvero regge il paragone con la perfezione dei dolci a cui sono abituata. Creme perfette, tutto sempre freschissimo, frolle leggere e friabili… dieci e lode!
I am Sicilian and, since I have lived in Formello, this is the only pastry shop in the whole of northern Rome that really stands up to the comparison with the perfection of desserts I am used to. Perfect creams, all always fresh, light and crumbly shortcrust pastry ... ten and praise!
