β β β β β Sono sempre fornitissimi e se non hanno qualche libro lo ordinano e telefonano quando arriva. Consigliano molto bene aggiungendo commenti su esperienze personali di lettura. Mi ci servo da anni e, anche se ho provato altre librerie, qui mi trovo meglio. Hanno anche gadget e pensieri-regalo.
They are always well stocked and if they don't have any books they order it and call when it arrives. They advise very well by adding comments on personal reading experiences. I've been using it for years and, although I've tried other libraries, I feel better here. They also have gadgets and gift thoughts.

β β β β β Nel giorno 07/11 ho ordinato un libro presso La Giunti, pagando il valore integrale. Γ stato rilasciato un banale scontrino che poteva essere confuso con qualsiasi, per il ritiro. Per precauzione lo fotografato con il cellulare.
Il 21 chiamo la libreria per saper se era arrivato ( era in ritardo), e la signora che mi ha risposto mi disse che il libro era disponibile.
Veramente lo scontrino era finito nella spazzatura delle carte. Munita di fotografia sono andata ritirare, purtroppo ho trovato una signora scontrosa e sgarbata che prima mi ha obbligata disinfettare le mani con il loro gel, ho preso il mio personale per farlo e lei ancora intollerante mi ha obbligato utilizzare il loro gel. Ok
Per venire al dunque la signora mia ha dato il libro dicendo:
"Te lo consegno a base della fiducia", fino lì ci può stare, il peggio fu quando lei aggiunse :
" Spero che non usi lo scontrino per prendere un altro libro."
Signora volevo vederla rivolgendosi così ad una signora elegante. Mi fai veramente pena che una debba arrivare così in basso.
NON ENTRERΓ MAI PIΓ LΓ E SCONSIGLIO LA LIBRERIA Giunti.
Che oltre a prendere in anticipo il valore totale del libro , caso esse non viene ritirato entro 21 giorni dopo la comunicazione del suo arrivo il cliente perde il diritto al libro che sia ai soldi!!!!
Ma siete vergognosi!!!!
Faccio prima comprare da Amazon, anche se non Γ¨ la mia politica.
PS: Scontrino trovato e restituito nell'io stesso giorno con mio appunto in rosso.
On 07/11 I ordered a book from La Giunti, paying the full value. A trivial receipt was issued that could be confused with any, for collection. As a precaution I photographed him with his cell phone.
On the 21st I call the bookstore to find out if he had arrived (he was late), and the lady who answered me told me that the book was available.
Actually, the receipt had ended up in the paper bin. Equipped with a photograph I went to collect, unfortunately I found a surly and rude lady who first forced me to disinfect my hands with their gel, I took my staff to do it and she still intolerant forced me to use their gel. Ok
To come to the point my lady gave the book saying:
"I give it to you on the basis of trust", up to there it can be, the worst was when she added:
"I hope you don't use the receipt to get another book."
Madam I wanted to see you addressing an elegant lady in this way. I really regret that one has to get so low.
I WILL NEVER ENTER THERE AGAIN AND I DISCOURAGE THE LIBRARY Giunti.
That in addition to taking the total value of the book in advance, if it is not collected within 21 days after the communication of its arrival, the customer loses the right to the book that is money !!!!
But you are ashamed !!!!
I do buy from Amazon first, even if it's not my policy.
PS: Receipt found and returned on the same day with my note in red.

Non ha parcheggio, ma Γ¨ al livello strada comoda per le carrozzine
Good library with a decent choice of "manga"
