★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordino un libro verso la fine di giugno (visto che in negozio non c'era) ma siamo a metà agosto e dopo molteplici sollecitazioni, continuano sempre a dirmi che hanno avuto problemi con le consegne. Scusa che mi viene ribadita ad ogni sollecito senza neanche informarsi o sollecitare la consegna. Ordino io lo stesso libro, arrivato a casa dopo 2 giorni. Come fare impresa..
I order a book towards the end of June (since the shop wasn't there) but we are in mid-August and after multiple requests, they always keep telling me that they have had problems with deliveries. Excuse that is reiterated to me at every reminder without even inquiring or soliciting delivery. I order the same book, arrived home after 2 days. How to do business ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho trovato molta accoglienza tra il personale. Sono stata trattata con spocchiosità "solo" perché ho acquistato due volumi di un manga e non altri prodotti letterari.
I didn't find much welcome among the staff. I was treated with arrogance "only" because I bought two volumes of a manga and not other literary products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa libreria ha molti pregi: è presente una grande varietà di libri chè è ben catalogata per genere letterario, evitando disordine e confusione per i clienti. Il personale è disponibile e informato, oltre ad essere gentile e propositivo. Nel negozio c'è anche dell'oggettistica dedicata alla cartolibreria: agende, calendari, penne di tutti i tipi e tanto altro...tutto di alta qualità. Inoltre, è presente la 'Giunti Card': una carta che porta ad avere 1 punto per ogni €3 spesi nel negozio. Questo, col fine di avere, al raggiungimento di 33 punti, uno sconto di €5. Perciò, per i motivi sopra elencati, ritengo questa libreria come il potenziale Eden di tutti gli amanti della lettura (me compresa).
This library has many advantages: there is a great variety of books which is well cataloged by literary genre, avoiding clutter and confusion for customers. The staff is helpful and informed, as well as being polite and proactive. In the shop there is also some objects dedicated to stationery: diaries, calendars, pens of all kinds and much more ... all of high quality. In addition, there is the 'Giunti Card': a card that leads to 1 point for every € 3 spent in the shop. This, in order to have, upon reaching 33 points, a discount of € 5. Therefore, for the reasons listed above, I consider this library to be the potential Eden of all reading lovers (myself included).
