Unprofessional they discount books a little, they make you throw them out and then go and get them back so take them home when they are not worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale PESSIMO, urlavano di mettere la mascherina quando erano i primi a portarla sotto il naso. Per non parlare della maleducazione nel rivolgersi ai clienti. La prossima volta vi pago in camomille.
BAD staff, they screamed to put the mask on when they were the first to bring it under their noses. Not to mention the rudeness in addressing customers. Next time I'll pay you in chamomiles.
