c	chiara 95 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recensione obiettiva: Dispiace dirlo (anche perchè questa libreria è sempre stata la mia prima scelta) ma l'altra volta è successo un fatto a dir poco pessimo. Portai a sistemare il mio libretto (documento ufficiale con all'interno firme documentate da 3 anni a questa parte), poichè si era staccata SOLO la copertina esterna, e me lo ridiedero 5 minuti dopo dicendomi che non si poteva sistemarlo e quindi me ne andai. Mi accorsi solo il giorno dopo che al libretto erano state tolte le spille centrali(e di conseguenza tutti i fogli erano al vento). Tornai il giorno dopo per farmi riparare il danno, e, non consapevoli del danno, provarono comunque a ri-sistemarlo, danneggiandolo ancora di piu di quanto già era! Io ovviamente la presi male, e come risposta mi sono sentita dire che bisogna saper accettare anche un NO (cosa che io feci tranquillamente il giorno prima) dicendomi che È SOLO UN LIBRETTO!!! Oltre il danno anche la beffa. Dite quello che vi conviene e vi prendete anche gioco. Objective review: I'm sorry to say (also because this library has always been my first choice) but last time something very bad happened. I took my booklet (official document with signatures documented for 3 years to this part) to be fixed, as ONLY the outer cover had come off, and they gave it back to me 5 minutes later telling me that it could not be fixed and then I left . I realized only the day after that the central pins had been removed from the booklet (and consequently all the sheets were in the wind). I returned the next day to have the damage repaired, and, unaware of the damage, they tried to fix it anyway, damaging it even more than it already was! Obviously I took it badly, and as an answer I was told that you must also be able to accept a NO (which I did quietly the day before) telling me that IT IS ONLY A BOOK !!! In addition to injury, there is also insult. Say what suits you and also make fun of it.
