★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dò 2 stelle perché avendo telefonato il giorno prima per chiedere se avevano un libro, mi era stato risposto si....detto di tenerlo. Il giorno dopo quando sono andata a ritirarlo, la commessa mi ha risposto che non l'avevano in catalogo.
Era la settimana prima di Natale, mi sono fatta 20 Km x niente.
Sbagliare è umano, io però più di 2 stelle non vi dò.
I give 2 stars because having phoned the day before to ask if they had a book, I was told yes .... told to keep it. The next day when I went to collect it, the saleswoman replied that they did not have it in the catalog.
It was the week before Christmas, I did 20 Km x nothing.
To be wrong is human, but I don't give you more than 2 stars.
