Al momento molti dei cocktail presenti sul menù non sono disponibili, come ad esempio il famoso mojito a €3, che torneranno in primavera (mai sentito nulla di ciò). Molti altri invece, che devono essere shakerati, non si possono fare in quanto a detta della signora, il marito deve restare a controllare fuori dalla porta che non accada nulla di strano (nel mentre un ragazzo è stato mandato fuori, dopo esser stato rimproverato e messo in ridicolo con le solite scortesi maniere senza motivo, perché a loro detta ritenuto un furbetto). Mi stupisce inoltre la differenza di trattamento ricevuta da me ed un altro cliente, che invece è stato accontentato con uno dei drink non disponibili. Il personale risulta spesso scortese disincentivando il cliente a tornare. Capisco tutte le problematiche causate dalla pandemia ma un servizio a questo livello non è accettabile nel 2021. Once upon a time... After being in the club last summer, having found myself well I decide to return but unfortunately I found a nasty surprise. At the moment many of the cocktails on the menu are not available, such as the famous mojito for € 3, which will be back in the spring (never heard of this). Many others, on the other hand, which must be shaken, cannot be done as according to the lady, the husband must stay and check outside the door that nothing strange happens (while a boy was sent out, after being scolded and ridiculed with the usual rude manners for no reason, because according to them considered a sly). It also amazes me the difference in treatment received by me and another customer, who instead was satisfied with one of the drinks not available. The staff is often rude and discourages the customer to return. I understand all the issues caused by the pandemic but a service at this level is not acceptable in 2021.
