I must thank Mr. Nicola heartily for guiding us on a tour of ancient Syracuse through architecture and religious rites ..... we visited the ancient temple of Athena, the Greek theater, the Roman amphitheater and the Duomo, the archaeological park, the Latomia del Paradiso and the Orecchio di Dionisio.
