D	Delph Lulu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ joli magasin avec un choix varié de bijoux mais ce lieu ne mérite pas le nom de bijouterie, il s'agit d'un simple vendeur, et encore quand on s'occupe de vous... je suis venue mi janvier acheter un bracelet à presque 200 euros, dès le lendemain il était cassé! selon mes disponibilités, sachant qu'il me faut 3 heures de trajet, je reviens 15 jours plus tard pour exiger non pas un remboursement, mais un simple échange. la vendeuse refuse, m'obligeant à engager des travaux sur un bijou en lequel je n'avais plus confiance et m'obligeant également à revenir....! je suis restée calme et polie, j'ai accepté et suis revenue quelques jours plus tard (à nouveau 3 heures de trajet!) récupérer le bijou réparé. la réparation était indigne d'un bijoutier, la soudure était grossière mais ne voulant plus entendre parler de cette soi-disant bijouterie, je reprends mon bijou: le soir même, il était de nouveau cassé!!!!!!!!!!! je dois encore me rendre en ce lieu détesté? je préfère prévenir la direction que cette fois je ne serai pas calme et que je n'engagerai plus de travaux sur ce bijou et exige un remboursement, auquel cas je m'engage à retirer cet avis de Google nice store with a varied choice of jewelry but this place does not deserve the name of jewelry, it is a simple seller, and again when we take care of you ... I still have to go to this hated place? I prefer to warn the management that this time I will not be calm and that I will not start any more work on this jewel and requires a refund, in which case I agree to withdraw this opinion from Google

I prezzi sono normali ed ho ricevuto in omaggio una piccola pochette per portare l'orologio... I bought a nice watch ... Forse perché a pagare e ritirare si è fermata solo mia figlia ? Troppo spesso i giovani vengono trattati con meno cura ,sono loro i vostri futuri clienti ...non dimenticatelo! Porto gli orecchini ad aggiustare, tempo previsto per ripararli 10 giorni. Peccato che ci sono voluti due mesi per sistemarli. Un biglietto da visita pessimo per il negozio, che ti fa pensare solo ad un “ a mai più” e non ad un “arrivederci”!! Good Luck!!!
