Compro un tailleur Elisabetta Franchi per la mia laurea, dopo un solo lavaggio del pantalone eseguito in tintoria si evidenziano delle macchie. Riporto il pantalone al negozio per chiedere assistenza e il titolare Marco non fa che ripetere che la colpa Γ¨ solo della tintoria. Fa male soprattutto perchΓ© si tratta di un capo caro. Alla fine ho dovuto contattare direttamente l'azienda del capo, ottenendo un comportamento del tutto diverso, a dimostrazione del fatto che Γ¨ stato solo disinteresse quello del titolare del negozio.
Very bad experience. No customer support, total disinterest and arrogance. I buy an Elisabetta Franchi suit for my graduation, after just one wash of the trousers made in the dye-house there are some stains. I take the trousers back to the shop to ask for assistance and the owner Marco only repeats that the fault is only the dry cleaners. It hurts mainly because it is a dear leader.
