★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La merce e' proporzionale al costo, quello che da fastidio e' il personale.Capisco il momento, ma che una commessa si permetta di urlare" siamo troppi nooooo non si entra", questo e' intollerabile.Personale sempre scocciato.
 The goods are proportional to the cost, what bothers is the staff. I understand the moment, but that a saleswoman allows herself to scream "we are too many nooooo you do not enter", this is intolerable. Staff always annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse e responsabile che lavorano una con il codice del altra e non riconoscono più i cappi venduti ...andata per cambiare un paio di mutande di mio figlio 11 enne e mi hanno detto che se ho tolto l’etichetta (anche se c’è l’avevo dietro nella busta )non mi li cambiavano più ...gli avevo detto che è stata tolta dalla commessa e mi ridevano in faccia ...alla mia idea di guardare le telecamere mi hanno risposto che non ci sono ..presa in giro da delle ragazzine ....quanto gli ho detto anche che hanno perso un cliente fisso la risposta della responsabile e stata mi fai una cortesia ...con questo detto tutto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la prima volta ho comprato un capo da Tezenis.. . Che delusione. L'ho lavato a mano prima di indossarlo. L'acqua è diventata marrone scuro! Nell'etichetta c'è scritto made in Italy!!! Peggio dei cinesi a prezzo triplo o quadruplo.
For the first time I bought a garment from Tezenis ... What a disappointment. I hand washed it before wearing it. The water has turned dark brown! The label says made in Italy !!! Worse than the triple or quadruple priced Chinese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona sera , il 15 sono stata nel negozio sito a Sanremo carino ma troppa confusione commesse nn disponibili perché ho chiesto consiglio a una commessa che ha anche sbuffato ,manca tanta roba che viene pubblicizzata mi spiace ma do due stelle rivedete il personale e la disposizione degli indumenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco disponibile e scocciato. Dovevo fare un reso di un articolo acquistato on Line. Ho precedentemente chiamato per avere indicazioni sulla fattibilità, dato che non è il mio punto vendita abituale e la persona è stata cortese e mi ha risposto di andare che avremmo trovato una soluzione.
Qualche giorno dopo mi sono recata in negozio e la ragazza alla cassa è risultata scocciata. Alla mia educata richiesta di stampare la mail, dato che non avevo stampante a disposizione, mi ha risposto che non era possibile (cosa che al telefono non mi avevano detto) e di tornare, chiudendo il discorso.
Ho quindi chiesto dove potevo rivolgermi, dato che ormai purtroppo avevo prenotato il reso da loro, e mi ha indicato una cartoleria.
Sono tornata e con fare scocciato ha effettuato la procedura, stampando poi la ricevuta (la mail non era fattibile, ma quella sí...).
Senza salutare, nè comunicarmi che aveva terminato, aspettava che me ne andassi.
Premesso che la stampa non era dovuta, la cortesia invece sarebbe gradita...
Sicuramente non acquisterò da loro, nè consiglierò questo punto vendita.

A few days later I went to the shop and the girl at the checkout was annoyed. At my polite request to print the email, since I did not have a printer available, he replied that it was not possible (which they did not tell me on the phone) and to return, ending the discussion.
I then asked where I could contact, since unfortunately I had now booked the return from them, and he pointed me to a stationery shop.
I came back and annoyed he carried out the procedure, then printed the receipt (the email was not feasible, but that was ...).
Without saying goodbye, or telling me that he had finished, he waited for me to leave.
Given that the press was not due, courtesy would be appreciated instead ...
I will certainly not buy from them, nor will I recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio grande abbastanza chiara la disposizione, gli articoli sono comunque buoni ma valgono per ciò che li paghi ovviamente, non bisogna avere grandi aspettative di durata.
Delusa ogni volta che sono andata, sempre e solo dalle commesse, ci fosse una volta che ti facciano un sorriso o che ti diano una mano o che si interessino realmente a cercare una misura richiesta se manca dall'esposizione..mi dispiace dirlo ma preferisco acquistare online per quanto sia contraria alla cosa.
Large shop quite clear the layout, the items are still good but they are worth what you pay for them obviously, you shouldn't have high expectations of duration.
Disappointed every time I went, always and only by the orders, there was a time that they give you a smile or that they give you a hand or that they are really interested in looking for a required size if it is missing from the exhibition ... I'm sorry to say it but I prefer buy online as opposed to it.
