★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata oggi a fare un secondo cambio in quanto l'articolo (una catenina d'oro) che avevo preso era difettoso visto che appena facevo qualche movimento mi si arrotolava intorno al collo. Prima mi hanno detto che non si poteva fare, poi invece sì.
Praticamente mi sono sentita presa in giro da questa dipendente che, nonostante io le avessi riferito che avevo portato la catenina solo durante un giorno e non ci ero andata a dormire, continuava a insinuare che io l'avevo messa male dall'inizio e che ci ero andata a dormire e di sicuro mi ero rigirata sul letto.
Praticamente è stata maleducata e per niente gentile.
Di sicuro in questo Stroili Oro non ci comprerò mai più niente.
I went today to make a second change as the item (a gold chain) that I had taken was defective as as soon as I made some movement it would roll up around my neck. First they told me it couldn't be done, but then they did.
I practically felt teased by this employee who, although I had told her that I had only worn the chain for one day and had not gone to sleep with it, kept insinuating that I had put it wrong from the start and that there I had gone to sleep and had certainly turned over on the bed.
She was basically rude and unkind.
I will certainly never buy anything from this Stroili Oro.
