I I prodotto costa la bellezza di 14,50 euro. Purtroppo ci siamo accorti che il prodotto era rovinato ed infatti il gatto lo ha rifiutato. Ieri, 11 maggio 2019, sono tornato al negozio munito di scontrino per il cambio ed, incredibile: NON ME LO HANNO CAMBIATO, adducendo scuse ridicole, tra chi che non c'era il responsabile. Incredibile e sopratutto che centra?. I Il prodotto era rovinato e tu me lo cambi, Stop, senza se e senza ma, cosi prescrive la legge, anche perché prendo sempre il medesimo prodotto (e lo sanno ed ho più 300 punti nella tessera). Che dire? Comportamento vergognoso, da citare verso un'ssociazione di consumatori o una letterina legale,ma ne vale la pena con questi pezz..per 14,50 €? Quindi: Non posso dare zero stelle perche non ci sono e per finire non ci vado più. Inviero una lettera di protesta alla sede centrale ed ovviamente consiglio caldamente a tutti di non andarci, anche perché prezzi e altissimi e pure scorretti. Punto. Ha cose che non si trovano facilmente negli altri negozi... I commessi sono molto gentili, davanti all'ingresso del negozio c'è un punto ristoro per i cani. Situandosi in un centro commerciale ha a disposizione molti parcheggi. Even though the prices are just a little high, they are getting cheaper than Arclanet and this shop has a lot more products. It has things that are not easily found in other shops ... The salesmen are very kind, in front of the entrance to the shop there is a refreshment point for dogs. Since it is located in a shopping center, it has many parking spaces available.
