Professional and courteous .. Fantastic the idea of exposed glass where you can safely watch your dog being washed, something never found anywhere. My little dog is very well and verame work well done. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata a lavare il mio cane due o tre volte in questo negozio, sinceramente ho avuto esperienze migliori in altre toelettature, ma l' ultima volta che l ho portato mi hanno davvero delusa. Oltre al prezzo che ho pagato 2€ in piu rispetto alle precedenti volte, ho ripreso il mio cane bagnato con le orecchie, occhi e piega sporca, gliel ho fatto presente e me l hanno riportato dentro ed dopo alcuni minuti e' uscito un po piu asciutto rispetto a prima e pieno di peli bianchi di un altro cane evidentemente, essendo il mio un carlino nero e con una sola orecchia pulita. A quel punto mi hanno detto di ricontrollare il "lavoro"; ma io mi chiedo devo controllare io se il mio cane dopo aver speso 20€ per un servizio di 20 minuti circa sia stato almeno asciugato???!!!! Beh sicuramente lavandolo a casa non sarebbe rimasto bagnato!
I've been to this shop to wash my dog two or three times, honestly I've had better experiences in other grooming shops, but the last time I took it they really disappointed me. In addition to the price I paid 2 € more than the previous times, I took my dog wet with his ears, eyes and dirty fold, I pointed this out to him and they brought him back in and after a few minutes he came out a little more dry than before and full of white hair from another dog evidently, mine being a black pug and with only one clean ear. At that point they told me to double check the "job"; but I wonder if I have to check if my dog after spending 20 € for a service of about 20 minutes has been at least dried ??? !!!! Well surely washing it at home would not have remained wet!
