Nonostante la recente apertura chi guida questa attività ha esperienza da vendere, inoltre si distinguono per la produzione “ a vista” della mozzarella e di molte altre specialità lattiero/casearie. Particolare attenzione bisogna fare alla vetrina estremamente curata e nella quale MOLTO facilmente si cade in tentazione gastronomica con i preparati pronto tavola. Vale la pena fare un passaggio e giudicare.
