★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sono trovata per niente bene con il domicilio a questo supermercato e non chiamerò più. Quando ho richiesto quattro mozzarelle mi hanno portato la vaschetta grande con 5 mozzarelle e i nodini che io non avevo chiesto. Poi mi sono arrivate banane che che erano quasi da buttare e quando ho chiesto biscotti da 1€ mi hanno portato biscotti da 2€.Se c'è qualcosa che non va fanno come vogliono loro invece di chiamare.
I was not happy with the address at this supermarket and I will not call again. When I requested four mozzarella they brought me the large tray with 5 mozzarella and the knots that I hadn't asked for. Then I got bananas that were almost throwaway and when I asked for € 1 biscuits they brought me € 2 biscuits. If something is wrong they do what they want instead of calling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispondendo alla gentilissima Signora Sfrecola, volevo dirle che un giorno alla settimana abbiamo la promozione su 1 kg di mozzarelle (dove all'interno ce ne sono 5) quindi sicuramente vi abbiamo mandato la confezione, che con la promozione,avete pagato meno che acquistandone 4.
Per le banane probabilmente la maturazione non era di vostro gradimento, ma sicuramente non erano da gettare.
Per i biscotti ci può essere stato un problema di comunicazione.
Comunque Signora Sfrecola lei poteva chiamarci e dircele al telefono le problematiche del momento e sicuramente le avremmo risolte.
L'aspettiamo per soddisfare al meglio le sue esigenze.

For bananas, the ripening was probably not to your liking, but they certainly weren't to be thrown away.
For the cookies there may have been a communication problem.
However, Mrs. Sfrecola you could call us and tell us on the phone the problems of the moment and surely we would have solved them.
