Cappuccino e cornetti deliziosi, servizio eccellente (barista davvero davvero bravo). Ho anche provato le piadine, davvero buone, ben calde, buona varietà. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Allora, da dove arriva il voto 4 da incoraggiamento? Deriva dal fatto che nelle piadine non vi sono opzioni vegetariane. "Ma mi è stata fatta una piadina senza carne, né pesce a richiesta!". È vero, ma la piadina in sé contiene strutto che fa dell intero menu, insalate a parte, non vegetariano. Chi fa scelte vegetariane sta crescendo di numero, sia per questioni etiche sia religiose. Non avere una base di piadina non vegetariane significa precludersi una crescente fetta di clienti. Inoltre il tiburtino sta diventando sempre più multiculturale e offrire una piadina che soddisfa le loro esigenze vegetariane può essere molto utile come business . Senza contare il passaparola ed il fatto di ben pubblicizzare chiaramente che vi sono opzioni vegetariane disponibili. Senza togliere dal menu la classica piadina fatto con lo strutto. Ci Riandrei tutti i giorni! Gino piada is one of the most beautiful and good bar / piadineria I've ever seen, plus the bartenders are really kind, helpful and very nice !! I would go back there every day!
