Il “ragazzo” che mi ha servito, dall’accento toscano (mi perdonerà ma non so il nome! ?) è stato molto disponibile e veramente esaustivo nelle spiegazioni! Mi ha dato qualche consiglio tecnico ed ha risposto a tutte le mie varie domande (da profana). Così, soddisfatta della cortesia e della cura, con cui sono stata seguita, ieri sono ritornata per acquistare uno zaino da trekking! Ennesimo acquisto felice! Anche qui, spiegazioni del prodotto, di ogni allaccio e cerniera, e ricerca dello zaino che più avrebbe fatto per me (alla fine la scelta è ricaduta su uno zaino deuter) Ecco, negli ultimi anni, dove non sempre si trovano commercianti così preparati ed empatici, anzi sono una categoria in via di estinzione... è stata una bella scoperta! Grazie! Last week I bought a pair of boots (AKU brand) and poles for my first trek. The "guy" who served me, with a Tuscan accent (he will forgive me but I don't know the name! ?) was very helpful and really thorough in his explanations! He gave me some technical advice and answered all my various questions (as a layman). So, satisfied with the courtesy and care with which I was followed, yesterday I returned to buy a trekking backpack! Yet another happy purchase! Here too, explanations of the product, of each fastening and zipper, and search for the backpack that would have done the most for me (in the end the choice fell on a deuter backpack) Here, in recent years, where there are not always such prepared and empathetic traders, indeed they are a category on the verge of extinction ... it was a nice discovery! Thank you!
