I fairly don't reccomend this place. The prices are too high. We ordered a risotto and it wqs not what we expected. The plate was really small and it was plain rice with fish. The waiters are not very nice. The only good thing is the location. We had a reservation and the table wasn't even prepared. The only specialty in this place is the artichoke.

The original temple of Roman Jewish food in the Jewish quarter. Wonderful carciofi and of course the spaghetti carbonara are both dishes you absolutely must try. Also had a wonderful veal saltimbocca. Extremely high quality ingredients and well practiced dishes.

We got the classics like the artichokes, the suppli and the zucchini. All were ok. The Pasta cacio e pepe was waaaaay too salty for my taste. Could not enjoy it. Plus, they charged us for dry bread that we didn't ask for. You can probably so better

After researching where to get the best crispy fried artichokes, we went to Giggetto and we weren’t disappointed. We haven’t reserved the table, but have waited barely 2 mins to be seated (although the restaurant was packed). Service was exceptional and Carciofo alla giudia was delicious.

Amazing service! Very friendly and efficient waiter. This is a restaurant with Jewish Roman food. I highly recommend it. A beautiful experience overall. Their patio was lovely. The lingua di vitello with salsa verde was very good as was the trippa alla romana. The carciofo was a treat too. The prices are very fair. I would definitely return.

I almost didn’t come because the restaurant only had a 3.9 star review but so glad I did! Best food so far and I’ve been to rome many times. The spaghetti with clams and fried artichoke were amazing. Plus you get to have your meal right next to some excellent ruins. This place is a must visit for sure

Really great food, staff and amazing location! I had trying deep fried Artichoke and courgette flowers on my "to eat" list like forever.. We ate them amongst other delicious foods at this amazing restaurant. We were sat right next to ancient ruins too.. If ever in Rome you got to come here? Anyways we definitely will be back..
