Sono passata alle 18:40 di giovedì, in normale orario di negozio, le luci erano accese ma la porta chiusa. Ho bussato e suonato ripetutamente... nulla. Sto provando a telefonare alle 13:30 ma non risponde nessuno. Allora non è vero che siete aperti con orario continuato! Per favore, correggete e rendete chiari i vostri orari... è un gesto di cortesia verso i clienti. E vi evita anche che vadano dalla concorrenza, come farò io oggi, nonostante siano in zone per me molto più scomode: non posso continuare a fare tentativi a vuoto. Prezzo (non costoso) 3. Qualità dell’incisione 4. Attenzione ai dettagli; infatti il bracciale aveva un piccolo taglio che se premuto rischiava di aprire la parte metallica; loro sono riusciti a fare l’incisione sopra e sotto senza rovinare il bracciale. I asked for these coordinates to be engraved on a very small bracelet overnight. I was REALLY satisfied with: 1. Speed of service 2. Price (not expensive) 3. Quality of the engraving 4. Attention to detail; in fact the bracelet had a small cut which, if pressed, risked opening the metal part; they managed to make the incision above and below without damaging the bracelet.
