★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati circa 5 volte finalmente, dopo un paio di mesi, si presenta uno dei titolari.
Verifica le zanzariere da sostituire, una la smonta e la porta con se e ci comunica l'invio del preventivo nel pomeriggio.
Passano 3 settimane telefono, chi risponde al telefono non sa nulla........ "Signora si vede che ha parlato con il mio socio" ......
Per ogni telefonata la risposta è stata sempre la medesima...... "Non ha parlato con me"
Che altro aggiungere?!?!
Called about 5 times, finally, after a couple of months, one of the owners shows up.
Check the mosquito nets to be replaced, remove one and take it with you and let us know that the estimate will be sent in the afternoon.
3 weeks go by on the phone, whoever answers the phone doesn't know anything ........ "Madam, you can see that he spoke to my partner" ......
For every phone call the answer was always the same ...... "He didn't talk to me"
