A	Andrea Melani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 320 + iva (400 €) di manodopera per smontare raddrizzare e rimontare la coppa dell’olio di una panda. Fate voi il calcolo di quante ore ci avrebbero messo. Giustificazione? Hanno dovuto smontare la marmitta e raddrizzare anche i supporti del telaio. Siccome da fonti certe per smontare e rimontare una coppa servono 3 ore, devo desumere che le restanti ore (da 5 a 7 a seconda della tariffa oraria che non è data sapere perché il conto non la specifica) sono servite per opere di raddrizzamento. Il titolare è apparentemente gentile ma si è rivelato molto maleducato insultando gratuitamente con epiteti del tenore di “faccia di m....” ecc. Alla mia domanda rivolta al meccanico (educato a differenza del titolare): “scusi, mi dica lei quanto ci vuole a smontare e rimontare una coppa” è partito un balbettio imbarazzato: “ma... perché... la marmitta... se non viene...”. Direi che era tutto chiaro. Senza considerare che lasciando da loro la macchina in riparazione gli ho pure fatto risparmiare un giro con il carro attrezzi che invece la mia assicurazione gli avrà pagato. Assolutamente da evitare. In aggiunta a quanto indicato ecco la giustificazione della manodopera da parte dell'officina: "BUONGIORNO, LE ORE DI MANODOPERA SONO STATE PIU’ DI 8 ( AL COSTO EURO 40,00 + IVA/ORA), E VA CONSIDERATO ANCHE IL FATTO CHE IL MECCANICO ADDETTO E’ STATO SUPPORTATO DA UN ALTRO DIPENDENTE. CORDIALI SALUTI" 320 + VAT (400 €) of labor to disassemble, straighten and reassemble the oil pan of a panda. You do the calculation of how many hours it would take. Justification? ". I would say it was all clear. Without considering that by leaving them the car to be repaired, I also saved them a ride with the tow truck that my insurance will have paid for. Absolutely to be avoided. Avendolo compreso nell’assicurazione mi sono affidata a loro perché sono quelli convenzionati. Tolto che ho aspettato 2 ore sotto la neve e all’acqua nonostante fossero a neanche un km dal luogo dell’incidente, oltre il danno la beffa: mi hanno fatto pagare il trasporto a casa. Mi spiego: il ritiro dell’auto non avrei dovuto pagarlo in quanto compreso nella polizza, però dovevano in qualche modo guadagnare. Così hanno approfittato della mia debolezza in quel momento. Io ho chiesto un passaggio a casa perché ero lontana (3 km, ma c’era neve e non me la sentivo di farli a piedi) ed erano le 7 di mattina. Loro mi hanno accompagnata ma solo dopo essere andati a portare la macchina in officina e dopo aver preso la loro macchina (non mi hanno portata con il carro attrezzi). Ovviamente sul momento non mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto pagare la cortesia, perché probabilmente anche loro sapevano che avrei scelto di chiamare un taxi. È surreale. 150 euro per una cortesia a livello umano. Inoltre mi hanno detto che se avessi pagato in contanti mi avrebbero scontato l’IVA. Ovviamente mi sono rifiutata ma sono certa che d’ora in poi lì dentro non ci metto più piede. Bad. I needed a tow truck this morning because I went off the road.
