★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver ristrutturato casa neanche 3 mesi fa è speso più di 13000 euro di serramenti subito i primi problemi.
Richiamati per un problema è mi hanno fatto pagare anche la riparazione, vergognosi non andrò mai più da loro.
 After renovating the house not even 3 months ago, more than 13,000 euros were spent on windows and doors, immediately after the first problems.
Called back for a problem and they charged me for the repair as well, ashamed I will never go to them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ anni fa ho montato infissi in alluminio con ante a ribalta da questa ditta, col passare del tempo mi si è rotto in 2 finestre, il cardine che sostiene l'anta, ho chiamato spiegando il mio problema, e mi dissero che mi avrebbero mandato un tecnico a prelevare il pezzo, per cercarne uno compatibile.
dopo circa 15 giorni così fu... venne il tecnico a prelevare il pezzo, e mi disse che avrebbe fatto una ricerca su internet e che mi avrebbe fatto sapere.dopo 3 settimane non sentendo nulla chiamai di nuovo la ditta,
e chiesi notizie del mio caso, non sapendo nulla mi dissero che avrebbero chiesto al tecnico, e mi avrebbero fatto sapere. Dopo circa altre 3 settimane , mi chiama la ditta dicendomi che il pezzo non si trovava più, e che bisognava cambiare tutto l'infisso, e il tecnico aveva detto che forse poteva esserci un modo, attaccando il cardine dall'esterno, che però non avrebbe funzionato più la ribalta. io dissi che sarebbe andato bene anche così, l'importante era riuscire ad aprire la finestra.Questa telefonata fu fatta il 28 giugno, da allora mai più sentito nulla. nel frattempo mi sono informata da un'altra ditta consigliata da un amico. ho chiamato questa nuova ditta lunedì 27 luglio, mi ha chiesto foto del cardine rotto, oggi 29 luglio ore 14.30 avevo le finestre a posto.
lascio a voi giudicare.
years ago I mounted aluminum frames with flap doors from this company, over time it broke into 2 windows, the hinge that supports the door, I called explaining my problem, and they told me that they would send me a technician to pick up the piece, to look for a compatible one.
after about 15 days so it was ... the technician came to pick up the piece, and told me that he would do a search on the internet and that he would let me know. after 3 weeks not hearing anything I called the company again,
and I asked about my case, not knowing anything they told me that they would ask the technician, and they would let me know. After about another 3 weeks, the company called me telling me that the piece was no longer there, and that the whole frame had to be changed, and the technician had said that perhaps there could be a way, by attaching the hinge from the outside, which however did not the limelight would work. I said it would be fine even so, the important thing was to be able to open the window. This call was made on June 28th, since then I have never heard anything. in the meantime I inquired from another company recommended by a friend. I called this new company on Monday 27 July, he asked me for photos of the broken hinge, today 29 July at 2.30 pm I had the windows in place.
I leave it to you to judge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ assolutamente da evitare per la sostituzione infissi. non sono all'altezza come serietà ( proprietà) e professionalità ( installatori) nel risolvere i problemi riscontrati in fase di montaggio. mai più.
absolutely to be avoided when replacing frames. they are not up to par in seriousness (ownership) and professionalism (installers) in solving the problems encountered during the assembly phase. never again.
