Sono venuto in vacanza in questa zona e durante il tragitto ho riscontrato un problema alle gomme (sentivo molte vibrazioni superati i 100km/h). Hanno risolto il problema velocemente e mi hanno invitato a contattarli per comunicargli eventuali problemi. Molto soddisfatto del servizio e della disponibilità! Competent, fast and honest. I came on vacation to this area and on the way I encountered a problem with the tires (I felt a lot of vibrations above 100km / h). Lavorano bene e velocemente, l'officina é estremamente ordinata e dotata di macchinari molto aggiornati. Lo staff è disponibile e cortese: se avete bisogno di un gommista scegliete loro ad occhi chiusi! If I didn't live 1200 km away I would choose him as my trusted tire dealer !!! They work well and quickly, the workshop is extremely tidy and equipped with very up-to-date machinery. The staff is helpful and courteous: if you need a tire dealer, choose them with your eyes closed!

Eravamo in assoluta necessità di rientro a Milano per impegni improrogabili lavorativi, e nessun gommista nell'intero Salento (!!) ci rispondeva data la data e l'orario. Sandro ci ha risposto mentre eravamo in preda alla disperazione e dopo aver ascoltato la nostra storia ha deciso di aiutarci ed è sceso in officina in tardissimo orario per cambiarci la gomma e permetterci di continuare il nostro viaggio. Non posso stressare abbastanza quanto il suo intervento ci abbia salvato. Prezzi onestissimi, alta professionalità, disponibilità massima. Consigliatissimo. We punctured at 8.00 pm on August 14th, on the eve of our return from vacation. We were in absolute need to return to Milan due to unprovable work commitments, and no tire dealer in the whole of Salento (!!) answered us given the date and time. Sandro answered us while we were in despair and after listening to our story he decided to help us and went down to the workshop very late to change our tires and allow us to continue our journey. I can't stress enough how much your surgery saved us. Honest prices, high professionalism, maximum availability. Highly recommended.

Appena arrivati dopo un viaggio di più di mille chilometri noto delle bolle sulla spalla degli pneumatici. Ho preferito invece che la riparazione optare per la sostituzione completa dei quattro pneumatici. Ho contattato subito e spiegato il problema dopo una verifica il titolare mi ordina direttamente le gomme di un marchio molto buono e nemmeno passate 24h avevo le gomme dell’auto nuove montate. Servizio ottimo, personale gentile, e tempi rapidissimi, prezzi nella media. Ringrazio ancora tutti. Upon arriving after a journey of more than a thousand kilometers I notice bubbles on the shoulder of the tires. I preferred instead of the repair to opt for the complete replacement of the four tires. I contacted immediately and explained the problem after a check, the owner orders the tires of a very good brand directly from me and even after 24 hours I didn't have the tires of the new car fitted. Excellent service, friendly staff, and very fast times, average prices. I still thank everyone.

Telefono al gommista più vicino e mi trovo in un’officina grande e organizzata, piena di clienti. Concordiamo la sostituzione ma, a gomma già smontata, l’assicurazione mi nega la sua assistenza. Optiamo allora per una semplice riparazione che il gommista ci fa immediatamente e con lo stesso sorriso di prima. Dalla telefonata al problema risolto è passata meno di un’ora (spesa per la maggior parte da me al telefono con l’assicurazione), vi assicuro, con un flusso continuo di clienti via via serviti. Mi hanno pure invitato a tornare per una verifica “volante” prima di ripartire. Abitando a Milano dubito che avrò l’occasione di tornarci e, praticamente, gli ho solo fatto perdere tempo, ma mi ha comunque trattato come se fossi un suo cliente abituale. Se abitassi in zona, lo sarei sicuramente. Consigliatissimo Courtesy and professionalism. I find a flat tire on vacation, 1000 km from home. I call the nearest tire dealer and find myself in a large and organized workshop, full of customers. We agree on the replacement but, with the tire already removed, the insurance denies me its assistance. So we opt for a simple repair that the tire dealer does immediately and with the same smile as before. Less than an hour passed from the phone call to the problem solved (mostly spent by me on the phone with insurance), I assure you, with a continuous flow of customers gradually served. They even invited me to come back for a “flying” check before leaving. Living in Milan, I doubt that I will have the opportunity to go back and, practically, I just wasted his time, but he still treated me as if I were his regular customer. If I lived in the area, I definitely would be. Highly recommended
