★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo contattato questo centro assistenza Bosch per una lavatrice difettosa,anni di vita ca. 3-4 anni, è venuto un tecnico a fare un sopralluogo dicendo che occorreva una scheda nuova,abbiamo detto che andava bene per noi,dopo averci informato della spesa,questo giorno era venerdì 29 settembre dicendo che la scheda sarebbe arrivata il giovedì prossimo,dopo questa data,la settimana successiva abbiamo di nuovo telefonato ,ma purtroppo il pezzo non era ancora arrivato,ad oggi 16 ottobre dopo altre telefonate il pezzo non è ancora arrivato??????? Alla fine ci siamo dovuti rivolgere ad un altro centro assistenza!!!!

Years of life. 3-4 years, a technician came to do an inspection saying that a new card was needed, we said it was fine for us, after informing us of the expense, this day was Friday 29 September saying that the card would arrive next Thursday, after this date, the following week we phoned again, but unfortunately the piece had not yet arrived, to date 16 October after other calls the piece has not yet arrived ??????? In the end we had to go to another service center !!!!
