Old-style village bike shop. Friendly staff. They had no 11v chain for Ultegra which I broke while traveling. They kindly put on a used chain, but not too worn without making me pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sevizio clienti pessimo: il proprietario voleva lasciare il mezzo di mia nonna in mezzo alla strada, quando abbiamo scelto di non usufruire del suo servizio, dato che per cambiare 3 batterie di un triciclo elettrico aveva chiesto 300 euro. Il costo di una singola batteria acquistata presso un altro rivenditore è costata la metà. Oltre al danno economico, è stato anche molto sgarbato.
Bad customer service: the owner wanted to leave my grandmother's vehicle in the middle of the road, when we chose not to use his service, since he had asked for 300 euros to change 3 batteries of an electric tricycle.
