Acquistato un neon Osram del valore di 36 euro ( 14.45 su Internet), verificato il non funzionamento sono tornato per chiedere la sostituzione , mi sono sentito rispondere " non so cosa farci. Lei potrebbe averne portato uno vecchio" Quando quello vecchio lo avevo lasciato a loro per lo smaltimento. Comportamento inqualificabile ed offensivo della dignità del cliente. Da evitare assolutamente.
