Serious and professional company I bought both the climate and also the alarm for the house obviously installed by them and I had a great time. I advise.

During the summer we were at a friend's house in Badia Polesine and we spent a sleepless night because of the alarm that never stopped sounding. In recent days for work reasons we went back to Badia and we were kindly hosted thinking that after a trip we could rest, instead we spent yet another sleepless night with our friends who, mortified, explained to us what little seriousness is behind those who installed such a faulty alarm system. Those hours of sleep will never come back.

Obviously I was unlucky since I had problems from the beginning with the alarm due to the card (whose manager was indicated to me by the same installer) but this is a relative problem. In 10 months, twice (the last one last night), the alarm went crazy at inconvenient times (6 am once and the other at midnight). The unfortunate thing is that it could not be stopped, since the keyboard was "tampered with" Someone will say "It happens". Of course, it doesn't happen, however, that after contacting him via Whatsapp, this little man doesn't even deign to answer. I decided to call him and his initial release "I was expecting an apology after what you told me in November, go and reread the Whatsapp chat". Too bad there are no insults, various inferences but only the tone of a person with an alarm that is NOT working properly. After a long phone call, where I asked him to come and remove the system, keeping the components as well, the final answer was "You work with your hands, you do it, it doesn't take anything". I am a carpenter with his own business along with my brother. We work with private individuals every day and we have never closed the doors in the face of anyone, even those who have been really rude. First the problem was solved and only then was the customer removed from any list. This little man, on the other hand, first takes your money (I strongly urge you to pay it in several installments, letting at least a year pass from the complete installation of the system), then the assistance denies you if by chance you have been a bit "grumpy" ( but NOT offensive). I conclude by saying that the owner of this business is, in addition to being incompetent, an arrogant arrogant, perhaps because he has a lot of work so one more or less customer makes no difference. But the wheel can always turn and I hope his wheel gets punctured soon. I take this opportunity to say that "IRE Impianti" of Badia Polesine has already done its utmost to come during the day to check the "Combivox" alarm installed by the aforementioned man. It will cost me what it will cost me and I will pay for it, despite the fact that in April / May 2017 I had already paid this little man with € 1400 (if I remember correctly) to put down a simple alarm with a motion detector, with 3 (THREE) sensors. On his Facebook page he talks about "Don't save on alarms". Quite right. From this review I say: do not just look at the price of the alarm but I assure you that you will find much more competent than the little man in question. And without even struggling so much.
