Trovato malissimo.
Passato in agenzia qualche mese fa per chiedere informazioni su un appartamento visto su immobiliare e seguito dal sopra citato agente e sono stato seguito con maleducazione e pressappochismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato seguito per l'acquisto di un'immobile dal Sig. Mirko e purtroppo non posso ritenermi soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto.
Durante le visite, il preliminare di acquisto e tutto il tempo intercorso fino al rogito, non mi era stato comunicato il mancato allacciamento dei contatori, sorvolando sull'argomento e dicendomi, in un primo momento, che se ne sarebbe occupata l'agenzia per velocizzare la pratica.
Prima del rogito (ottobre) vengo a scoprire che i contatori non sono allacciati e che fosse necessario eseguire dei lavori ulteriori per i contatori del gas e dell'acqua con un aggravio di costi significativi.
Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, in un primo momento scaricano la questione verso il venditore, per poi attivarsi di corsa e inoltrando una domanda di primo allacciamento per luce/gas ad una società X senza prima chiedere se fossi stato d'accordo a sottoscrivere un contratto con quella società specifica.
Oltre ai costi aggiuntivi, questo ha comportato, inoltre, trascorrere 22 giorni di dicembre senza il gas nell'abitazione.
Infine dopo il rogito, alla mia richiesta dell'invio di un documento mancante, non ho più ricevuto risposta.
Mi sono chiesto quale possa essere il valore aggiunto nel pagare un'intermediario.

Before the deed (October) I find out that the meters are not connected and that it was necessary to carry out further work on the gas and water meters with an increase in significant costs.
At my request for explanations, at first they download the matter to the seller, and then take action in a hurry and forward an application for the first connection for electricity / gas to a company X without first asking if I had agreed to sign a contract with that specific company.
In addition to the additional costs, this also entailed spending 22 days in December without gas in the house.
Finally, after the deed, to my request to send a missing document, I no longer received an answer.
I wondered what the added value could be in paying an intermediary.
