N	Novella Moro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata due anni fa in occasione di una gita in città.. Eppure di Vicenza quella volta mi era rimasta impressa proprio quest'osteria... Così ieri, un giretto in città è stata la scusa per tornare qui.. E non me ne vogliano i locali del centro, ma di gran lunga questo locale vale lo sforzo di prendere la macchina ed uscire appena fuori .. Lo sforzo sarà premiato: da un oste (e la sua squadra al femminile) professionali, pazienti e disponibili. Cosa rara e ormai introvabile. Come rara e introvabile é la qualità delle materie che ho trovato nei piatti.. Il menù rispecchia proprio la marcia in più di questo locale, la volontà di offrire al cliente prodotti sempre stagionali cucinati e abbinati ad arte, e aggiungerei " con sapienza". I was two years ago on the occasion of a trip to the city .. Yet that time in Vicenza I was impressed by this tavern ... So yesterday, a stroll around the city was the excuse to come back here .. the locals in the center want, but by far this place is worth the effort to take the car and go out just outside .. The effort will be rewarded: by a professional, patient and helpful host (and his team). Rare and now unobtainable thing. How rare and unobtainable is the quality of the materials I found in the dishes .. The menu reflects the extra edge of this place, the desire to offer the customer always seasonal products cooked and combined with art, and I would add "with wisdom".

Forse unico neo il servizio un po' "altezzoso" della figlia del titolare. Per tutto il resto... sicuramente da provare!! Traditional cuisine with typical products of. co. Excellent quality / price ratio. Friendly, nice owner and very knowledgeable as a cook. Perhaps the only drawback is the somewhat "haughty" service of the owner's daughter. For everything else ... definitely worth trying !!

Alla fine ci hanno offerto un po’ di vino ? che erano anni che non bevevo... bravi ?‍? Great surprise ... Osteria with home cooking .. quality ingredients personally chosen by the owner and cook .. Family atmosphere and top food ?? In the end they offered us a little wine ? which I hadn't drunk for years ... good

Sono forse più abituati a fornire un servizio per pranzi a prezzo fisso. Se ci si discosta da questo, oltre a creare scompiglio nel team di sala e forse cucina, si paga cara la scelta economicamente (50 gr di Asiago con marmellata di fichi 10 euro a testa ovvero quasi come un pranzo a prezzo fisso). Non posso dire male male, anzi, ma forse non ci tornerei... Lunch for a business meeting due to the proximity to the A4 Vicenza Ovest. The Baccalà alla Vicentina is pleasant. They are perhaps more used to providing a fixed price lunch service. If you deviate from this, in addition to creating havoc in the dining room and perhaps the kitchen team, you pay dearly for the choice economically (50 gr of Asiago with fig jam 10 euros each or almost like a fixed price lunch). Abbiamo ordinato un piatto di fettuccine al tartufo ( spettacolari) un bigolo alla carbonara tartufati ( piatto con sapori molto bilanciati e saporito) e il roast beef anche questo piatto molto ben curato e gustoso. Che dire, avanti così perché si mangia divinamente, prezzi onesti e locale pulito. Un punto certamente di riferimento per la città di Vicenza. COMPLIMENTI e alla prossima Mmmm what to say. As a restaurateur today I stopped by my friend Paolo as well as the local chef. We ordered a plate of fettuccine with truffles (spectacular) a bigolo alla carbonara tartufati (dish with very balanced and tasty flavors) and the roast beef also this very well cared for and tasty dish. What can I say, go on like this because you eat divinely, honest prices and a clean place. Certainly a point of reference for the city of Vicenza. CONGRATULATIONS and see you next time
