favorisce il lavoro in nero per due euro in piú quando fai straordinario,sabati,domeniche e notturni.
Inoltre la cooperativa era "Stalma Service Soc.coop. R.l." prima del cambio nome, per non pagare tfr ai dipendenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cooperativa pessima, rinnova per 5/6/7 volte i contratti a tempo determinato, favorisce il lavoro in nero facendo fare le notti abusivamente e come paga oraria da due soli euro in più cioè come straordinari normali, le indennità notturne scordatevele! Abbigliamento da lavoro e scarpe antinfortunistiche te le scalano dallo stipendio e molte altre cose nn è norma, mi chiedo nel 2018 come lo Stato Italiano permetta a certe coop di operare nel mondo lavorativo.
Bad cooperative, renews fixed-term contracts for 5/6/7 times, favors illegal work by making nights illegally and as hourly wages from only two euros more, that is as normal overtime, forget it! Work clothing and safety shoes will deduct them from your salary and many other things are not the norm, I wonder in 2018 how the Italian State allows certain coop to operate in the working world.
