★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stata una esperienza molto positiva interagire col Sig. Vittorio che si è prodigato per offrire una cosulenza e sevizio ineccepibile. Il problema era un malfunzionamento della capote che è stato risolto brillantemente ad un costo congruo.
Efficace e gentilissima anche la Sig. Fabiana e le altre persone con cui ho interagito.
Inoltre ho dovuto lasciare l’auto a lungo in officina per motivi personali senza problemi o costi aggiuntivi.

It was a very positive experience interacting with Mr. Vittorio who did his utmost to offer an impeccable advice and service. The problem was a malfunction of the soft top which was solved brilliantly at a reasonable cost.
Ms. Fabiana and the other people I interacted with were also effective and very kind.
I also had to leave the car in the workshop for a long time for personal reasons without problems or additional costs.
Great service. I don't generally write reviews!

Abbiamo portato due vetture a fare il tagliando e oltre ad essere molto efficienti e professionali in termini di operatività, si sono dimostrati molto gentili e cortesi in fase di accettazione e riconsegna auto. Assolutamente consigliata!!!!
My wife went to the Germany Car this morning and spoke very highly of the work done by all the guys present. We took two cars to have the service done and in addition to being very efficient and professional in terms of operation, they proved to be very polite and courteous in the acceptance and return phase of the car. Absolutely recommended !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had to replace a broken mirror on 2019 passat, simple work. The price of the replacement piece was normal, handywork was insanely expensive (1h max of work: 180 euros).
The mirror is also not fitted correctly, will have to have it re-adjusted somewhere else...
They also put a large sticker with the name of the garage on the back window, without asking.
I didn't have the opportunity to return there because we're only passing through Rome.
