★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio completamente vuoto e la commessa mi ignora completamente . Ne buon giorno ne avete bisogno di aiuto niente. Ho detto ha mio figlio le scarpe non te le compro qua diamo i nostri soldi a qualcuno che li apprezza ( abbiamo comprato un paio di Nike 95€ in un negozio nello stesso centro commerciale ). Non so come scegliete i dipendenti a geox ma la ragazza che era al negozio ieri non dovrebbe stare alle vendite al publico o imparare il minimo ad apprezzare il cliente .
Completely empty shop and the saleswoman completely ignores me. Ne good morning you need help nothing. I said my son the shoes I don't buy them here we give our money to someone who appreciates them (we bought a pair of Nike 95 € in a shop in the same mall). I don't know how you pick your employees at geox but the girl who was at the store yesterday shouldn't be doing public sales or learning the slightest bit about customer appreciation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in questo negozio ieri pomeriggio con l'intenzione di comprarmi un paio di scarpe. Appena entrati, un signore alla cassa (credo il manager) ci ha salutato e ci ha dato anche il benvenuto. Però l'accoglienza è finita lì perché quando ci siamo avvicinati alle scarpe, la commessa non ci ha nemmeno guardato, ne buona sera, ne posso essere di aiuto. Anzi, ci ha fatto sentire che non dovevamo essere lì. Eravamo gli unici nel negozio quindi....si vede che i diversi lockdown non le sono bastati. Magari preferiva stare a casa che vendere. Vabbè faccio presto io.
I walked into this shop yesterday afternoon with the intention of buying myself a pair of shoes. As soon as we entered, a gentleman at the cashier (I believe the manager) greeted us and also welcomed us. But the welcome ended there because when we approached the shoes, the saleswoman didn't even look at us, nor good evening, I can be of help. In fact, it made us feel we weren't supposed to be there. We were the only ones in the shop so ... you can see that the different lockdowns weren't enough for her. Maybe he would rather stay at home than sell. Oh well I'll do it soon.
