★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio da evitare assolutamente. Portate scarpine da bimba perché difettate(classico rumore geox di suola che cigola). Il negozio ha preso in carico le scarpe dicendo di doverle spedire in sede per la perizia tecnica: dopo 4 giorni hanno chiamato dicendo che la casa madre aveva rigettato la richiesta . Il problema è che la casa madre non ne sapeva nulla della questione. La domanda sorge spontanea: perché geox(evidentemente x aumentare le vendite)si vanta di dare 24 mesi di garanzia e il negozio fa come vuole? MAI PIU UN PRODOTTO GEOX E VARI MARCHI COLLEGATI.
Shop to avoid absolutely. Bring baby shoes because they are defective (classic geox noise of a creaking sole). The shop took charge of the shoes saying they had to send them to the office for the technical assessment: after 4 days they called saying that the parent company had rejected the request. The problem is that the parent company knew nothing of the matter. The question arises: why does geox (obviously to increase sales) boast of giving 24 months of warranty and the store does as it wants? NEVER AGAIN A GEOX PRODUCT AND VARIOUS RELATED BRANDS.
