I tried on several occasions to call to ask for the availability of the article I needed, but ..... They never answer the phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of shoes for my son here that turned out to be faulty. Brought it back the next day to exchange/return and got a taste of poor customer service. Extremely discourteous staff that all seem half blind. I now have to wait for a call from faulty shoes manager to decide whether the 10euro shoes are truly faulty. No wonder why people prefer Amazon to this nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to buy the clothes, if You are interested in small prices?! Of course, “Globo” !!! Huge discounts, 60%, 70%, specially in this period, in the end of July, when the SALE is everywhere in Italy. Very good choice of children staff. But You can find something for all ages. If You need the luggage for Tour summer holidays - it is Your shop !!! Very large parking, a lot of spaces.
