★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto vendita Geox non dei più grandi, ma con un buon assortimento di scarpe, nell'elegante centro commerciale Cinecittà2. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono, con tanti sconti-promozioni. Ben gestito, sempre grande gentilezza da parte delle commesse.
Geox sales point not the biggest, but with a good assortment of shoes, in the elegant Cinecittà2 shopping center. Very good quality / price ratio, with many discounts-promotions. Well managed, always great kindness from the shop assistants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare!!compro un paio di sandali il pomeriggio ed all’indomani felice come qualsiasi donna con un nuovo paio di scarpe di Geox, le metto le provo e ci cammino per un oretta ma capisco che il numero è piccolo .. credo sia capitato a tutti una volta nella vita.. Visto che non si tratta di un paio di ciabatte da 10€ ma di sandali di marca ben pagati , nel primo pomeriggio dello stesso giorno torno con sandali e scontrino per il cambio con un numero più grande. Mi viene detto che la suola sotto è sporca e non le posso cambiare!!!! La titolare non presente che nemmeno risponde alle chiamate e messaggi della dipendente sebbene 30 gg per il cambio non effettua il cambio ripeto dopo nemmeno 14 ore dall’acquisto!! Manco avessi fatto la maratona!! Mi offro di pulire la suola ed igienizzare le scarpe e manco così va bene! Sapete che c’è mi vado a compare un altro bel paio di scarpe ma mai più a questo negozio!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Avoid !! I buy a pair of sandals in the afternoon and the following day happy as any woman with a new pair of Geox shoes, I put them on and I walk there for an hour but I understand that the number is small .. I think it happened to everyone once in a lifetime .. Since it is not a pair of 10 € slippers but well-paid brand sandals, in the early afternoon of the same day I come back with sandals and a receipt for the change with a larger number. I am told that the sole underneath is dirty and I cannot change them !!!! The owner is not present who does not even answer the employee's calls and messages although 30 days for the change does not make the change, I repeat after even 14 hours from the purchase !! Not even I had done the marathon !! I offer to clean the sole and sanitize the shoes and I miss you so it's fine! You know that I am going to see another nice pair of shoes but never again to this shop !!!!!!!!!!!!!
