★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle ragazze alla cassa oltre a strappare letteralmente i vestiti dalle grucce rischiando di rovinarli é anche una gran maleducata che risponde e guarda male i clienti, se hai problemi risolvili e poi vai a lavorare, altrimenti restatene a casa, fai meno danno.
One of the girls at the cashier in addition to literally tearing the clothes off the hangers risking to ruin them is also a great rude who answers and looks badly at the customers, if you have problems solve them and then go to work, otherwise stay at home, do less damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata questa mattina per acquistare bikini mare che ovviamente andrebbero provati. Camerini chiusi. Alla richiesta di informazioni la commessa ha risposto : " NON SI POSSONO MISURARE." Ovviamente sono andata via e ho acquistato costumi altrove ?
I went this morning to buy swimwear that obviously should be tried. Closed dressing rooms. When asked for information, the saleswoman replied: "THEY CANNOT BE MEASURED." Of course I left and bought costumes elsewhere ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma sapete che con la pandemia molte persone hanno perso il lavoro e pagherebbero oro per stare al vostro posto? La cortesia dovrebbe essere alla base del lavoro di una commessa, e qui non ne ho trovata. Ok, che non si possono provare i vestiti e ci sono delle regole, ma per trasmettere il proprio pensiero al cliente ci vuole educazione e anche una sana voglia di lavorare (vedi sopra).... non ci tornerò...
But do you know that with the pandemic many people have lost their jobs and would pay gold to stay in your place? Courtesy should be the basis of a saleswoman's job, and I haven't found any here. Ok, you can't try on clothes and there are rules, but to convey your thoughts to the customer you need education and also a healthy desire to work (see above) .... I won't go back ...

Courteous and helpful staff as opposed to the one who works in the shop in via Tuscolana where many like me no longer go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse maleducate!!!Non ci metterò più piede! Avevo telefonato prima, per sapere disponibilità, quando sono arrivata(15 minuti dopo) non avevano nulla di quello che avevo chiesto!!!Dieci minuti prima della chiusura ci hanno fatto andare alle casse!
Gente così deve stare a casa e far lavorare chi ne ha voglia!!!
Rude orders !!! I had phoned before, to find out about availability, when I arrived (15 minutes later) they had nothing of what I had asked for !!! Ten minutes before closing they made us go to the cash desks!
People like that have to stay at home and make those who want to work !!!
