Sono entrata per ritirare un paio di sandali ordinati qualche giorno prima e sono uscita con due paia... inutile dire che il commesso(non so il suo nome) ci sa fare!! Bravo, professionale e visto che l'occhio vuole la sua parte....anche molto carino! ?☺️ Ottime anche le scarpe, molto comode. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
I went in to pick up a pair of sandals ordered a few days before and went out with two pairs ... needless to say, the clerk (I don't know his name) can do it !! Bravo, professional and since the eye wants its part .... also very cute! ?☺️ The shoes are also excellent, very comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Purtroppo non sono stato molto fortunato... Arrivo scelgo le scarpe e sorpresa non c'è il numero così me lo ordinano (pagamento anticipato e ci sta) e mi dicono di ripassare dopo la loro chiamata. Alla sera stessa mi chiamano dicendo che le scarpe se le sono fatte portare dal negozio che hanno in centro perché nella fretta la commessa si è sbagliata ad ordinare il modello di scarpe... Potevo, quindi, già passare dalla mattina dopo a ritirarle dicendo di fare lo storno di quelle ordinate per sbaglio.... Così dopo tre giorni mi ripresento in negozio (che dista 30 km da casa mia) per avere le mie scarpe (già pagate la volta scorsa); le prendono fuori ma con mio stupore mi dicono che non possono darmele perché quelle che avevano ordinato per sbaglio non erano ancora arrivate e con il loro sistema non riuscivano a fare il reso... Ma allora perché mi avete chiamato cavolo?? Mi sono arrabbiato ma non c'è stato nulla da fare.... sono tornato a casa senza le mie scarpe... Un altro giro a vuoto... il giorno dopo sono arrivate e mi hanno chiamato; peccato che se non stavo attento e controllavo mi davano il paio di scarpe sbagliato.... Insomma che dire............ Non hanno nemmeno pensato a farmi un buono sconto o qualche cosa per tenersi buono il cliente dopo il disagio che mi hanno creato (3 volte con parecchi km di stradax avere un paio di scarpe mi sembra un pò troppo no????) Tanto alla fine le avevo già pagate e a loro ne è fregato ben poco.... Penso proprio NON ci metterò più piede!!!
Unfortunately I was not very lucky ... Arrival I choose the shoes and surprise there is no number so they order it (advance payment and there is) and they tell me to go over after their call. That same evening they called me saying that the shoes were brought to them from the shop in the center because in the rush the saleswoman was wrong to order the model of shoes ... I could, therefore, already pass by the next morning to collect them saying to make the transfer of those ordered by mistake .... So after three days I return to the shop (which is 30 km away from my house) to get my shoes (already paid last time); they take them out but to my amazement they tell me that they cannot give them to me because the ones they had ordered by mistake had not yet arrived and with their system they were unable to make the return ... So why did you call me cabbage? I got angry but there was nothing to do .... I went home without my shoes ... Another empty turn ... the next day they arrived and called me; pity that if I wasn't careful and I checked they gave me the wrong pair of shoes .... In short, what to say ............ They didn't even think about giving me a discount coupon or anything to keep the customer good after the inconvenience they created me (3 times with several km of road and having a pair of shoes seems a little too much right ????) So much in the end I had already paid and they didn't give a damn .... I really think I will NOT set foot there !!!

Very rude staff. We ordered shoes to be sent at home (for an additional price); after 2 weeks, not having received anything, we called them, and they told us there was a problem with the carrier, and that we would have to come pick the shoes up at the store. We did, and - much to my surprise - instead of apologizing and reimbursing us for the cost of shipping, they tried to blame it on us with lame excuses (seriously: nonsense)! I did not hear "sorry" once, despite the fact that a) we paid for a delivery service that was not done, b) had to wait for a long time, and to report a problem they had not even noticed, c) they were not even able to come up with a plausible explanation for what had happened and d) even accused us of inconveniencing them! Worst service ever - never again.
