Bad, the people in charge of deliveries are rude, they can't read a simple delivery note and related instructions, rude and unprofessional.

Non sono abituato a scrivere recensioni negative.
Ma attendo da oltre una settimana una consegna che il fornitore dice di avere già consegnato da giorni a Zurst Ambrosetti.
Il corriere dice che sono irrintracciabile, mentre non mi sono mai mosso di casa, nè io ne i miei famigliari. Inoltre hanno tutti i nostri numeri di telefono.
Per due volte, seguendo il traking del pacco, è sata emessa una nota di cliente irrintracciabile.
Vivo a Bologna in una via molto conosciuta e molto semplice da trovare.
E' incredibile come il corriere Zurst non habbia comunque MAI lasciato un messaggio, né una telefonata, né nulla.
Nemmeno la possibilità di andarlo a ritirare io stesso.
Scomparsi nel nulla e irrintracciabili nemmeno telefonicamente.
Terrible.

But I have been waiting for over a week for a delivery that the supplier says he has already delivered to Zurst Ambrosetti for days.
The courier says that I am untraceable, while I have never moved from the house, neither I nor my family. They also have all our phone numbers.
Twice, following the tracking of the package, an untraceable customer note was issued.
I live in Bologna in a very well known and very easy to find street.
It is amazing how the courier Zurst has NEVER left a message anyway, nor a phone call, nor anything.
Not even the possibility of picking it up myself.
Disappeared into thin air and untraceable even by phone.

Ho preso un giorno di ferie e sono stato ad aspettare tutto il giorno a casa; ho provato a telefonare e mandare email senza ricevere risposta. Non si sono fatti sentire, nessuna telefonata, nessuna mail, nessun messaggio.
They phoned me to give me an appointment for the delivery for 30/09 (yesterday) between 8 and 12. I took a day off and I was waiting all day at home; I tried to call and email without receiving a reply. They did not make themselves heard, no phone calls, no emails, no messages.
