Fin ora, dopo settimane e varie telefonate non ho ancora sentito nessuno. Called several times for information regarding my contract. They do not know how to answer me and they say they will call back in the short time. So far, after weeks and several phone calls, I still haven't heard from anyone.

Non mi è stato riconosciuto il bonus gas che mi spetta di diritto e oggi, dopo un anno e contestazioni legali devo ancora riceverlo. La responsabilità della mancata erogazione non è della GEOnordest ma la mancata assistenza alle mie continue richieste, mail e telefonate sì. Ho dovuto intraprendere azione legale per essere ascoltata. Non bastava, ora mi vedo addebitare dei soldi sul conto corrente senza aver mai ricevuto fattura (via mail, quindi non è colpa delle poste), di nuovo, zero assistenza. Dopo meno di un anno ho già deciso di cambiare gestore anche perché le tariffe sono identiche, nessun vantaggio. Solo problemi. I would like to put zero stars but I don't think it's possible. Worst company I've ever dealt with. I was not granted the gas bonus that I am entitled to and today, after a year and legal disputes, I have yet to receive it. The responsibility for the non-delivery is not GEOnordest but the lack of assistance to my continuous requests, emails and phone calls yes. I had to take legal action to be heard. It wasn't enough, now I see myself debiting money from my current account without ever having received an invoice (via email, so it's not the fault of the post office), again, zero assistance. After less than a year I have already decided to change the operator also because the rates are identical, no advantage. Just problems.
