X me simecom is the most total disgust..1000 euros of gas alone in 47sqm of apartment plus 111 euros of electricity in 2 months..they are thieves .. very bad experience.
p	paola Gunnella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho fatto richiesta di attivazione contatore qualche giorno prima del 26 luglio 2021 e la ragazza allo sportello mi ha detto che avrebbero fatto loro, al 6 di novembre non era ancora stata erogata corrente in casa ma si sono invece premuniti di mandarmi una prima bolletta di 147 euro e un'altra di 11,99 per il periodo 28/07/2021 al 31/10/2021. Ho dovuto allacciare poi io il contatore. Mi hanno tagliato la luce quando non ho pagato le bollette non dovute e quando gli ho chiesto un documento che accertasse l'avvenuto allaccio e quindi il mio consumo non hanno inviato nulla. sicuramente non è una società da consigliare. se potessi dare zero stelle le darei. Oltretutto dal 2 febbraio 2022 sono passata a wekiwi e hanno staccato la luce intorno al 20 di febbraio quando ero già da 20 giorni con un'altra società, si erogano il diritto di staccare la luce perchè non paghi le bollette oltretutto non dovute ma quando chiedi come mai devi pagare una bolletta che non gli devi non ti danno risposte!!! complimenti I made a request to activate the meter a few days before July 26, 2021 and the girl at the counter told me that they would do them, as of November 6, electricity had not yet been supplied in the house but instead they made sure to send me a first bill of 147 euro and another of 11.99 for the period 07/28/2021 to 10/31/2021. Devo ammettere che Simecom è una delle pochissime compagnie serie ed affidabili e i loro prezzi sono veramente competitivi . Per qualsiasi necessità mi rivolgo direttamente al punto vendita di Voghera, ove la signorina Asia , addetta al punto vendita , mi assiste per ogni necessità con cortesia e professionalità I signed the contract for electricity and gas for my parents, moving from another company.
