★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andato presso questo punto per passare a Enel energia.oltre ad avermi sbagliato i kW del nuovo contratto; dopo un primo contatto telefonico con questo punto Enel dove l'operatore mi conferma il loro errore e un successivo ricontatto telefonico da parte loro non solo non sono piu stato ricontattato ma allo stesso numero dove prima rispondevano non rispondono più.ero andato per evitare trafile telefoniche e informatiche e alla fine ho dovuto farle per arrangiarmi nella risoluzione del problema.
Gone at this point to go to Enel energia.oltre to me the wrong kW of the new contract; after a first telephone contact with this point Enel where the operator confirms me their mistake and a subsequent telephone re-contact from them not only have I not been contacted again but at the same number where they first answered do not answer anymore.I was gone to avoid telephone calls and computing and in the end I had to fend for them in solving the problem.
