Siamo troppo soddisfatti della professionalità dimostrata, della precisione nel montaggio, e della disponibilità di tutto lo staff.
E' proprio vero che le migliori case vestono G.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare, consegna molto oltre i termini concordati (anche se nel mio caso mi ha fatto comodo, ma non è serio), montate finestre a vasistas con comando elettrico, dopo un mese una si è rotta perché Si è staccata la staffa di sostegno del motore, causando il ribaltamento dell’infisso e danni al mobilio.
Chiesto l’Intervento per 3 settimane, promettevano di venire entro la fine di ogni settimana poi non si facevano più vivi. Praticamente la garanzia è come se non ci fosse e men che meno hanno parlato di risarcire i danni provocati dalla mancanza di un sistema di sicurezza che impedisse il ribaltamento della finestra.

Mi hanno sbagliato la misura di un infisso e per tale motivo non possiamo chiudere la pratica edilizia. Montatori disordinati con diversi danni a mobili e pavimento. State lontani…

Ho chiamato per chiedere se loro consegnavano in Croazia, la risposta è stata "NO". Allora ho chiesto se loro avevano disponibili, per visionare, le nuove finestre Oknoplast Windair e se era possibile fissare un appuntamento, la loro risposta è stata "si le finestre le abbiamo ma fissiamo appuntamenti solo per i nostri possibili clienti che abitano vicino a noi". Complimenti alla ditta Gentile Snc di nome ma non di fatto.
Bad experience.
I called to ask if they were delivering to Croatia, the answer was "NO". So I asked if they had the new Oknoplast Windair windows available to view and if it was possible to make an appointment, their answer was "yes we do have windows but we make appointments only for our possible customers who live near us" . Congratulations to the firm Gentile Snc in name but not in fact.
