Oltre alla consegna in ritardo hanno tentato varie giustificazioni appellandosi alle ferie e al cambio d'intestazione della fattura, che non c'entrava niente con l'ordine. Vivamente sconsigliato. Sono cliente della Martinelli porte da diversi anni, ma dopo questo fatto, che scrivo per mettere a conoscienza i titolari, credo che non vi metterò piu piede. Telefono per un appuntamento venerdì 25 marzo e mi dicono di presentarmi da loro mercoledì 30 alle 15 e di chiedere del Sig. Davide. Appena arrivo mi apre il sig.Valerio il quale mi dice di attendere il suo arrivo, arrivato il Sig.Davide mi risponde molto scocciato che lui non ha appuntamenti con nessuno e che è impegnato, entra e si chiude nel suo ufficio e non mi considera minimamente. Rimango attonito, mentre il Sig.Valerio mortificato per l’accaduto si scusa e mi chiede se puo aiutarmi lui (nonostante non sia la sua mansione), mi mostra perfino i modelli delle porte che mi servono, ma a quel punto una puntina di orgoglio me la merito, saluto ed esco dalla ditta. Sono dispiaciuto per persone meritevoli come il Sig. Valerio ed altri dipendenti, ma è grazie al Sig. Davide che non mi vedranno più nei loro locali.
