Sono prodotti di alta qualità e si sente, la polvere è fine, non crea grumi di nessun tipo, rimane vellutato in bocca. I sapori sono a scelta ma anche quelli mi sono piaciuti molto! Amminoacidi duramente l’allenamento con la borraccia, recuperi, ti rinfresca e riparti a spingere. Proteine e creatina post allenamento sono quello che ti serve, mi danno anche il giusto senso di sazietà per non essere troppo affamato a pranzo o a cena. Ho notato meno dolori muscolari e recupero più rapido! Prodotti validi e consigliati ?? I have tried 3 products, proteins, amino acids and creatine. They are high quality products and you can feel it, the powder is fine, it does not create lumps of any kind, it remains velvety in the mouth. Flavors are at your choice but I liked them a lot too! Hard amino acids training with the bottle, recover, refresh you and start pushing again. Protein and post workout creatine are what you need, they also give me the right sense of satiety so as not to be too hungry for lunch or dinner. I noticed less muscle aches and faster recovery!
